UK Train Times

A short explanation of why our UK Train Times icon has changed.

Why does 'UK Train Times' no longer use the National Rail logo on its icon?

Our use of the National Rail logo was agreed as part of our license with ATOC (the Association of Train Operating Companies), who run National Rail Enquiries, and who provide the live data feeds that power UK Train Times.

We were contacted by ATOC in February 2012, asking us to end the use of the National Rail logo on our icon "to avoid confusion on the App Stores". We have therefore decided to change our app's icon, as we are keen to continue using the ATOC data feeds in order to keep UK Train Times on the App Store.
